How to use

Tablets:

Chew one tablet.
Wet your brush and brush for two minutes.
Spit and rinse as usual.

Mouthwash:

Tear open one sachet after brushing.
Swish for 30 seconds.
Spit it out.

Strips:

Brush and dry your teeth.
Apply the strips and leave on for 30 to 60 minutes.
Remove the strips and rinse your mouth.

Ingredients

Strips: PAP, the peroxide-free whitening active, and purple pigments that cancel yellow tones.

Tablets: hydroxyapatite, the mineral your enamel is mostly made of, plus PAP, xylitol and a peppermint and spearmint blend.

Mouthwash: xylitol, hyaluronic acid (the hydrating ingredient skincare made famous), peppermint and menthol.

Not in any of them: hydrogen or carbamide peroxide. No alcohol in the rinse. No fluoride or SLS in the tablets.

Why it's purple

Strips, tablets and rinse all carry the purple tint that cancels yellow tones on contact. Purple sits opposite yellow on the colour wheel, so the effect is visual, the same idea as purple shampoo for blonde hair.

I like the teeth whitening strips as they are really easy to use, long as the teeth are dry they do stick very welll, you can talk and get on with your day whilst having these in. The taste is mild but I think if you are after a drastic colour change use daily until your start to seee results
